This Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to the website DeleteFootprints.ai, including all present and future tools, pages, APIs, interfaces, documentation, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Ipathy Tech Solutions, Khajipet, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, India, 516203 (“Company,” “Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Services in any manner, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

This Disclaimer is in addition to — and does not replace — the Terms of Service. Where this Disclaimer and the Terms conflict on a liability or warranty topic, the provision that more strongly limits our liability shall control to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Client-side inspection and cleaning of text for Unicode, formatting, invisible-character, and similar artifacts (the “Text Cleaner”).
  • Informational content about metadata, AI footprints, and related topics.
  1. The Services are tools and informational aids only. They are not:
  • A forensic laboratory, expert-witness service, or chain-of-custody system.
  • A legal, regulatory, compliance, audit, or certification service.
  • A guarantee that content will be treated as “human,” “original,” “anonymous,” or “undetectable” by any platform, model, publisher, employer, court, or third party.
  • Professional advice of any kind (see §7).
  1. Capabilities evolve over time. Feature availability, supported formats, detection coverage, and processing methods may change without prior notice.

2. No Warranties — “As Is” and “As Available”

  1. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
  2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
  3. We do not warrant that:
  • The Services will meet your requirements or expectations.
  • Results will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any decision.
  • Defects will be corrected.
  • Servers, networks, browsers, or third-party infrastructure will be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

3. Project-Specific Limitations (Image Metadata Tools)

  1. Incomplete or residual metadata. Stripping, editing, or rewriting metadata may not remove every byte of identifying, proprietary, or provenance information. Container formats, vendor chunks, embedded thumbnails, color profiles, steganographic payloads, platform-side copies, CDN caches, and social-network re-encoding may retain or reintroduce data beyond our control.
  2. Format and tool limits. Support varies by file type, codec, and encoder. Unsupported, corrupt, truncated, password-protected, or non-standard files may fail, produce partial results, or leave unexpected fields.
  3. No guarantee against detection. Removal or alteration of metadata does not guarantee that an image will avoid AI-content detectors, platform labeling, reverse-image search, watermark systems, perceptual hashing, or human review.
  4. Server-side processing. Image uploads are processed to deliver the requested function and are subject to temporary retention and deletion practices described in the Privacy Policy. You remain solely responsible for keeping original copies; deleted files are generally unrecoverable.
  5. Preview vs. download. On-screen previews, summaries, and reports may omit fields or differ from the binary contents of a downloaded file. Always verify critical outputs independently before relying on them.

4. Project-Specific Limitations (Text Cleaner and Related Client-Side Tools)

  1. Local processing does not eliminate all risk. Client-side analysis and cleaning occur in your browser environment. We do not control your device, extensions, clipboard managers, sync services, screenshots, accessibility tools, or endpoint security software.
  2. Findings are not proof of authorship. Detection of Unicode artifacts, invisible characters, formatting anomalies, or similar signals does not prove that text was generated by artificial intelligence, nor does absence of findings prove human authorship.
  3. Cleaning is not anonymization or compliance. Cleaning text does not guarantee acceptance by publishers, academic institutions, employers, platforms, or automated moderation systems, and does not constitute compliance with any policy, contract, or law.
  4. Encoding and edge cases. Unusual encodings, bidirectional text, rare scripts, private-use characters, malformed UTF-8, or mixed markup may produce incomplete analysis, false positives, false negatives, or unexpected output.
  5. User-controlled settings. Presets, filters, and per-class controls change results. You are responsible for reviewing changes before copying, downloading, publishing, or submitting cleaned text.

5. No Guarantee of Results, Outcomes, or Third-Party Treatment

  1. We make no representation or warranty that use of the Services will:
  • Prevent identification, tracking, attribution, or re-identification of you or your content.
  • Cause any platform to classify, rank, monetize, or display content in a particular way.
  • Satisfy legal, contractual, academic, employment, immigration, or platform requirements.
  • Protect you from claims, takedowns, sanctions, account actions, or disputes.
  1. Third parties (social networks, search engines, AI detectors, employers, schools, governments, and others) apply their own policies and technologies, which we do not control and which may change without notice.
  2. Any examples, screenshots, blog posts, FAQs, or marketing language describing “removal,” “cleaning,” or “privacy” are illustrative only and not performance guarantees.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IPATHY TECH SOLUTIONS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR REPUTATION.
  • COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES.
  • PERSONAL OR BUSINESS DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES.
  • CLAIMS ARISING FROM CONTENT YOU UPLOAD, PASTE, PROCESS, DOWNLOAD, PUBLISH, OR SHARE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY — EXCEPT WHERE MANDATORY LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
  2. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  3. You agree that these limitations are a fair allocation of risk and a fundamental basis of providing free or low-cost online tools.

7. No Professional Advice

  1. Nothing on the Services constitutes legal, privacy, cybersecurity, forensic, intellectual-property, tax, accounting, medical, employment, immigration, or other professional advice.
  2. You should consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction before taking action that could affect your rights, obligations, reputation, finances, or safety.
  3. Reliance on any information or tool output is solely at your own risk.

8. Accuracy of Information and Content

  1. We strive to keep informational content reasonably accurate, but we do not warrant that any page, FAQ, schema markup, label, counter, report, or status message is complete, current, or free of errors.
  2. Technical documentation, Unicode coverage statements, and feature lists may lag behind or ahead of the live implementation.
  3. We may correct, update, or remove content at any time without notice.

9. User Responsibility and Lawful Use

  1. You are solely responsible for:
  • The legality of files and text you submit or process.
  • Obtaining all rights, licenses, and consents needed to process content.
  • Verifying outputs before use in production, publication, submissions, or legal contexts.
  • Complying with all applicable laws, platform terms, employer policies, and academic integrity rules.

10. Data, Privacy, Security, and Retention

  1. Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. This Disclaimer does not expand or reduce privacy commitments except to clarify that no security measure is absolute.
  2. Transmission over the internet and temporary server storage involve inherent risks. We do not warrant that communications or stored files will be immune from unauthorized access, interception, loss, or corruption.
  3. You should not upload or paste highly sensitive secrets (passwords, private keys, government IDs, health records, or similar) unless you accept the residual risk of doing so in a browser-based or temporarily stored workflow.
  4. For image tools, temporary processing storage and automatic deletion timelines are described in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for backups of originals.

11. Availability, Interruptions, and Force Majeure

  1. We do not guarantee continuous, timely, secure, or error-free availability of the Services.
  2. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, capacity limits, rate limiting, attacks, hosting failures, DNS issues, browser incompatibilities, or events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, pandemics, government action, and utility failures).
  3. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, delayed processing, failed uploads/downloads, or lost sessions.

12. Third-Party Services, Links, and Advertising

  1. The Services may contain links to third-party websites, embed third-party scripts (including analytics or advertising), or rely on third-party infrastructure (hosting, CDNs, payment processors, fonts, or libraries).
  2. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, tracking practices, or security.
  3. Inclusion of a link or vendor does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13. Intellectual Property of Others

  1. Processing content through the Services does not transfer ownership of that content to us, nor does it grant you any rights in third-party intellectual property.
  2. Removing metadata or cleaning text does not extinguish copyright, trademark, moral rights, publicity rights, or contractual restrictions that may still apply to the underlying work.
  3. You remain solely responsible for clearance and attribution obligations.

14. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ipathy Tech Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Services; (b) content you submit or distribute; (c) your violation of this Disclaimer, the Terms, or applicable law; or (d) your infringement of third-party rights.

15. International Users and Local Law

  1. The Services are operated from India and may be accessed globally. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in every jurisdiction.
  2. Users who access the Services from outside India do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
  3. Where mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection laws of your country of residence apply and cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected to the extent required by such laws.

16. Children

The Services are not directed to children under the age required by applicable law (including COPPA where relevant). We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us using the details below.

17. Changes to This Disclaimer

  1. We may update this Disclaimer at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
  2. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer, except where mandatory law requires additional notice or consent.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws.
  2. Subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived, exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer or the Services shall lie with the competent courts of Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, India.
  3. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect rights.

If any provision of this Disclaimer is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed.
