  3. Files uploaded are processed exclusively for providing the contracted service. They are automatically deleted after the processing or storage period expires.
  4. No files are used for AI training, advertising, profiling, or commercial redistribution.

§3 Account Registration & Security

  1. Free services may be used without registration. Premium services require account creation.
  2. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in account suspension.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must immediately notify us of unauthorized use.

§4 Contract Duration & Termination

  1. Free services are provided without a fixed contract term.
  2. Paid services or subscriptions are subject to the durations specified at purchase.
  3. Either party may terminate immediately for cause, including:
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Abuse of services (e.g., automated bots, malicious uploads).

§5 International Consumer Rights

  1. EU/EEA Users: You may have a statutory right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This does not apply once the service is fully performed with your consent.
  2. UK Users: Rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 may apply.

  1. Premium services may operate on a credit-based system. Credits:
  • Are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Expire after the stated validity period.
  • Have no monetary value outside the Website.

§8 File Handling & Data Retention

  1. Uploaded files are temporarily stored only for the duration of processing.
  2. Users may delete files at any time; otherwise, they are automatically removed after expiry of storage.
  3. We do not create permanent backups of your files. You are solely responsible for keeping originals.
  4. Deleted files are unrecoverable.

§9 Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights to the Website, services, design, and code remain with the Provider.
  2. Users retain ownership of their uploaded files but grant the Provider a limited, non-exclusive, time-restricted license to process them solely for service delivery.

§10 Blocking, Suspension, and Removal

We may suspend or terminate accounts and remove files if:

  • The User violates these Terms.
  • Files are illegal, infringing, or harmful.
  • Continued service threatens the security or integrity of our systems.

§11 Infringing Content Policy (DMCA & Global)

  1. We respect intellectual property rights globally, including the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Indian Copyright Act, and EU directives.
